communication tools and roadmap for teams
Est Métropole Habitat carries out rehabilitation work and manages its residences. During interventions, the teams communicate with the tenants to keep them informed of the changes. For this purpose, communication procedures are standardized to facilitate everyone's work: roadmap distributed to the teams are accompanied by specific communication tools (guides, graphics, display, brochure).
Some of these tools can be updated directly and easily for more flexibility and responsiveness.
Guides for tenants
Example, "Les clés de la réhab" is a guide distributed to our tenants at the beginning of a rehabilitation work. it explains the progress of the work that will take place on their residence.
